As a successful trial lawyer for over 20 years, Mr. Enzenberger’s practice consisted primarily of the trial of personal injury cases on behalf of defendants, but also included representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation involving business disputes, insurance bad faith, construction defect, real property and employment matters. Mr. Enzenberger is listed in The Best Lawyers in America (ADR) and has an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating with Martindale Hubbell.

Currently, Mr. Enzenberger is a full time Mediator/Arbitrator and successfully mediates over 120 litigated cases per year. He has extensive mediation training from various sources, including the renowned Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine School of Law, and is committed to providing high quality Mediation/Arbitration services for years to come. He was named the 2014-2015 Reno Arbitration Lawyer of the Year and the 2015-2016 Reno Mediation Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers.

Mr. Enzenberger attended University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, obtaining a Juris Doctor With Distinction in 1986. While in law school, Mr. Enzenberger was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board and received many accolades, including membership in The Traynor Society (Scholastic Honor Organization of McGeorge), Order of the Coif and West Publishing Company’s Hornbook Award for Outstanding Scholastic Achievement.

Current member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Washoe County Bar Association, Association of Defense Counsel of Nevada, Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada, and The Nevada Justice Association. Additionally, Mr. Enzenberger is a Court Appointed Arbitrator in the Court Annexed Arbitration Programs of Washoe, Carson City and Douglas counties; a Court Appointed Mediator in Washoe County’s Mediation Program; and a former Panel Member of the Nevada State Medical Dental Screening Panel for over 15 years.
